All Sales are final. No return/exchange.

Reschedule delivery or pickup for regular orders requires 4 days in advance notice. No reschedule for event orders 

Fresh flowers perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flower arrangement. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to ocbeverlyflowers@gmail.com . Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required and it is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of flowers.
