Substitution Policy

In some cases, the pictures may represent an overall color scheme, shape or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase or wrapping paper which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual flower arrangements may not precisely match the picture, its overall essence will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. In this case, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute flowers of equal or higher value.


Refund Policy

All Sales are final. No return/exchange. Store Credit may allow only for cancellation made 2 days prior scheduled delivery date (Contact us through email/text for cancellation).

No orders can be rescheduled/ changed date of pickup/ delivery during holiday season ( Valentine’s Day from 02/10 to 02/16, Mother’s Day week, Thanksgiving’s week, Christmas week)


Fresh flowers are perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the ONLY exception. All such claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flower arrangement. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to ocbeverlyflowers@gmail.com . Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required and it is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of flowers.
